The sale comprised 4 one-bedroom apartments (approx. 54.5 sq.m), 14 two-bedroom apartments (approx. 72 sq.m) and 1 four-bedroom house (approx. 140 sq.m).

Mayeston Hall is located on the north side of St Margaret’s Road, approximately 600 metres from IKEA. The property is well located in a good letting location within approximately 1.1 km of Charlestown Shopping Centre and approximately 3.3 km southwest of Dublin Airport. Dublin City Centre is approximately 3.3 km to the south and easily accessible by a variety of Dublin Bus routes that service the locality.
